Formulario de Inscripción de Escuela
As parents or guardians you can print the blank form and complete by hand or fill out the form online and print when completed. The parent or guardian will then bring the completed form to the school when registering the student.
El padre o apoderado (tutor) puede imprimir el formulario sobre papel y rellenarlo a mano. También puede rellanarlo por ordenador (puede cumplimentarlo directamente sobre este documento) e imprimir el formulario rellenado.

A new student is defined as new to Aldine ISD and having never attended a school in Aldine ISD OR a previous Aldine ISD student that withdrew and is re-enrolling.
